In order to keep control of its natural characters & finishing, we always used pure aniline dyed and hand-color spray paint,

Each piece of leather features a timeless look, and it gets better with time to become unique as people use it. 
With a buttery hand that is aniline-dyed to create vivid colors while all of the magical, natural, properties are preserved.

Q:	What's your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
A:	Yes, the sample order is acceptable. MOQ is 5 pieces based on EXW term, and 20'GP base on FOB term, mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.

A:	We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods.
Q:	What if I have my own design for the project? Can you customize it?
A:	Yes, Iconic Society can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as customize our own designs to suit the needs of our clients. We can customize the product's size, upholstery material, and metal or wooden frame, we have the R&D department and are happy to turn your inspiration into reality.
Q:	How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:	Quality is our priority, and every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery.  Customers are welcome to check the products before shipping.
Q:	How long will delivery take?
A:	Normally it's around 30~35 days, but we can adjust based on your shipping schedule.
Q:	Could you arrange the shipping to our country?
A:	Yes, we will recommend a professional shipping agent to deliver the goods to your country, but of course, if you have your freight forwarder, we are happy to collaborate with your forwarder.
